Mr McCaul deals with the full spectrum of ENT disorders including,
- Otology: Discharging ears, middle ear and mastoid surgery, ossiculoplasty and stapedectomy, balance disorders, tinnitus
- Nose and Sinus problems including rhinitis and nasal allergy, sinusitis, septal surgery, rhinoplasty, endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), endoscopic DCR, endoscopic ligation for epistaxis, external approach sinus surgery
- Throat and Voice problems.
Dr Finbar McGrady
Graduated from QUB in 1999, completing MRCGP in 2005. An ex GP principal of 8 years in Crossgar and have held a post as GPwSI in dermatology in the Southern Trust for the past 2 years.
During a 1 year sabbatical as a GP in Brisbane Australia in 2012/13 Dr Finbar McGrady trained and gained qualifications in skin cancer recognition and management and dermoscopy. Following this experience in Australia Dr Finbar McGrady now offers the opportunity for patients in the Newry area to gain access to a service where they can have a full skin check performed on site. Performing any necessary biopsy, excision, photography or reassurance that is required.
Treating a range of premalignant and suspected skin cancers. This would include those patients looking to have their moles checked; offering full body skin check with dermoscopy and photography to individual lesions if required. Also able to deal with a range of general dermatological conditions except patients on DMARDs, biologicals or requiring light treatment.
Other conditions include keloid scarring and axillary hyperhidrosis. Using a range of non surgical and surgical techniques including cryotherapy, C&C, Shave, punch and excisional biopsy for the treatment of troublesome moles, skin tags and other lesions.
In 2016 Dr Finbar McGrady founded ‘GP dermoscopy NI’, which is a peer learning group for GPs trained in dermoscopy. Dr Finbar McGrady plans to run introductory training courses in dermoscopy for interested GPs. Dr Finbar McGrady also sits on NI skin Cancer Prevention Strategy with Cancer Focus representing the RCGP.

Dr Olga Kerr
Dr Olga Kerr is a highly qualified and experienced general and surgical dermatologist. She has spent 10 years in the UK gaining extensive experience and in particular she has expertise in diagnosis and treatment of skin cancers. She is one of only two Mohs trained consultatnts in NI. She has training in cosmetic dermatology and holds a BTEC in lasers and Botox and fillers. She holds four degrees including her medical degree. She is passionate about teaching and training and holds the postion of Training Programme Director for Dermatology in NI.
